Iirc, you can play the facebook version of this game on mobile. You can also play this website version as well, but I believe you have to change a few things on your phone. You could also play the mobile version of this game, Stormfall Rise of Balur.

also you can use a flash player built-in browser for mobile to play your castle although only for basics operations cause it runs slow

i use puffin web browser on tab and cell for picking daily quest and fiefs.
