all issues related with sapphires has to be talk with support, here in the forum we cant do anything about it.
be aware that the offers are ramdom and sometimes the prizes can vary. the only thing you have to do is waiting till the offer accords to your dessires. if you have seen that offer for 19$ wait till you see it again.

If you spend a lot, you don't get nice offers, they figure, you buy the packs at 99 a pop, so why not let him keep do that. Meanwhile, some stingy dude like me, who hardly spend anything. I get nice offers because they want to encourage me to spend.

Its EASY, if you want a cheap offer, you stop spend for a while, and you get a cheap offer. Funny though as some other games I play, if you spend, you end up get a bonus towards your next purchase etc. its called customer loyality reward. Here at Plarium you get penalized for spending. While those that doesn't get cheaper offers to try get them to spend. I got like the 99 USD offer for 9 USD or something once, thinking for myself "they must be getting desperate over at Plarium HQ".

Fact - the more you spend the higher the cost for the "special offers"
Each time you spend money the next offer costs more, if you do not purchase the offer at a higher cost the prices will become lower over time
Best suggestion, don't buy on a regular basis if you are going to spend wait it out - the "chest" deals will sometimes come up with a 90% discount, these are limited so buy the 2 or 3 that you can at that time and use your saphs wisely as it will take months to get a similar deal

That is the Catch 22.
When we wrote such posts, Mods simple delete them. And if you ask why you violate rule 3.15, and in turn you're exposed to be banned.
In last month you relaxed deleting posts and threating players, but there was a time when you deleted almost every third post, and used banning as you use water. Everyday.
Over 80% posts from Mods and CMs are wrong. Intentionally or accidentally I don't know, but you're source of many confusions on forum.
P.S.: Incomplete/partial answer is wrong answer. When you have no reaction on wrong post is also wrong answer.

if a Mod gives a wrong answer you may correct him also remember that there are several Mods and a CM
now sometimes players dislike the official answer especially if it is related to something they hated in the game sometimes they reply to us in a
non constructive or helpful matter in these cases we remove the posts
bottom line if you are helping others including us we would appreciate it and you will not be banned but just because you disliked the answer that does not make it wrong
I wouldn't consider no reaction to a post by a player giving incorrect information to be a wrong answer by us. Moderators and CM's job isn't to make sure every word posted on the forums is true. I have seen other moderators post incorrect information about the game (I believe it's mostly accidental, stemming from a lack of structured testing of game features), and try to correct them when I can.exxxe said:
