Problem:
At lvl. 76, during my quests, the game locked up for about 1 min. Then it reset me to a new player Why and what happened to my standing?

You have switched servers. Locate the server name next to your game location and click on it. and you will see your level 76 castle. alternatively you can click on your profile pic when in game, and will be taken to a new window where you will see your level 76 castle, clicking on it will take you to your level 76 castle
