as the moment i see u have not unclaimed quest to get more it seems that u dont get more personal quest beacuse u maybe havent completed some quest from ur tutorial or still left to built any builiding 

so try to go ahead with ur tutorial and complete it to see if u begin to get more personal quest

First of all I would suggest the normal process of clearing your browser cache closing and reopening your browser and game. If you still have no personal quests the submit a ticket to Support at https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
