League building help is stuck on a particular build.  Untamed Lands server.

Everyone in my league sees that I need league building help for a townhouse.  They continue to click on it, and 10 seconds later the same building help request reappears.  I do not see this on my end, but is happening to the other members in my league. 

What I am seeing on my end is that I haven't been getting any league building help for my current construction.  I am now working on upgrading the embassy and a barn, and I'm told the townhouse continues to show up for my league members.  I am able to click on the "help" icon that shows up on the building prior to the "boost" image, but it does not seem as if my league is able to see the new construction option, and the blue "help" option changes to "boost" without registering the building help request within the league help section.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue, it appears to be simultaneously driving everyone in my league nuts.
