This guy is sending multiple sieges at my castle , he is up to 80 now , if you look at the screen shots i provide you will see they are all exactly 8 mins apart ,  , i have 9 pages of this all 8 mins apart , this has been going on for months now , nobody is that dedicated to sit for 24 hours hitting the button every 8 mins , it is obvious he is running a script/bot

8 minutes and 19 seconds, almost exactly. it has to be a bot or other automated program. If not a bug then a cheat the system needs to address. If possible to track the IP address of the offender and ban that way it would be even better to prevent an alt doing the same things. And YES there are alts.

With little knowledge it's actually quite easy to do that. I'm curious about from where he did that though, his pc? cloud?

Anyway, most likely it's just 1 unit right? Keep attacking him multiple times daily with your leaguemates might reduce his daily produced troops. Use small troops, 30 -40 paladins usually suffice. If the attack fails use bigger troops or fireball. Change the settings on your grand marshall to not show attack when your losses is zero so it won't fill your reports. Well, most likely you have done these things.

He will no doubt go to bed and leave it running on his PC , i have seen these script kiddies before in other games , sad that they can get away with cheating

It is not that it is difficult to locate and track those that use 'keystroke logger programs", they have been around for a very long time,(before plarium even).

It is the same thing the bots run, but we all see how that has gone. Now they are in situation where they can not go after one player without going after all those bots also. Plarium has backed themselves in a corner and seemingly do not have the desire to change direction.
