I'm just extremely disappointed that Plarium has not come up with any genuinely new castle improvements since I started playing the game (please refer to the Announcements thread where old improvements were announced).

Why won't you introduce new improvements?

I requested new improvements in the Suggestions forum, and the reply was "We can do that."  Apparently, you meant that VERY literally, and I was mistaken to believe that you WOULD do that.

I will make the business case for you: A lot of players purchase improvements to distinguish their castles from others; Improvements cost sapphires; sapphires require spending of actual money or high levels of activity in the game; Plarium benefits from actual money and/or high levels of activity in the game.

My actual point is:

I find the replies in the suggestions forum and elsewhere to be non-committal at best.  The delay in providing defensive statistics for fortresses is reprehensible.  I've yet to see any discussions from the suggestions forums make their way to the VIP chat for further consideration.  I have yet to see feedback on the "Digest" proposed in the VIP chat.

Get it together.

It's a good point.

This is the one business model - cosmetic improvement - where people still spend money (because they want to be individual and individualise their stuff) but it doesn't unbalance the game in any way.

Good area of focus.

I always thought customised beacons would probably go down well also.

New improvements require additional time to draw them. It's possible that they will appear, but right now our designers have high-priority tasks that should be finished prior working on new Improvements.

It's simple really. Plarium doesn't have assets assigned to just one game. tbh I can imagine every game got a limited amount of resources/assets assigned to them over a year.

this is a 5 year old game, if you want new content, plarium has a few new mobile labels. thats what they are focused on now.

Funny how a moderator or community manager knows what plarium has going. If you look at the News and Annoucements forum for this Halloween event there is a moderator asking for a schedule for it.

Also, support is horrible for plarium, takes sometimes two days or more for a response. For a company who ask for a lot of money to be able to play the game, they should have good support. Customer is suppose to come first, but dont.
