yep sure

as you see in my screenshoots i start whith

  1. 741 nomands(level 20)
  2. 30 demond(level 20)
  3. 162 spiers(level 20)
  4. 9 barbarians(level 4)

so this guy do 2 attacks and clear my troop, after i lost this troop what i took is 2407 pvp points and my reward is 60 demonds and 2 hydras

so according to my losts  i take some pieces of bread :)

Yeah can do PvP for profit during the events. The bigger you get the easier it is.

i meant i took back 1/10 of this i lost

so i wonder whats the point take back that troop they are tricking us

i lost all this to take 60 demons and 2 hydras?

ouf just dissapointed

if you mean the bigger troop you sent you have more possibilities to avoid big losts this i guess is right just many time, the most times you lose more than take anyway

i would say much more you lose than take sometimes like that but realy we have to say anyway i guess

pvp are different. there is a certain point in which they become profitable. the current one is profitable at 10-12k if you are defending at your cattle and arround 80-100k when battling outside your cattle. PvP are different, they need proper planning, and proper battle weather on the offensive or on defensive

what do yu mean is profitable at 10-12k   what do you mean, you talk about points?

and also what do you mean proper battle weather

There is a certain point in points earned were PvP become rational, these point vary between kind of PvP events. The almighty one are profitable at 10K-12K, when defending at your own cattle, for example if you start with 1000 demons in you cattle you will by the end of the tournament depending of your cattle defend and lost art level of demon lost from 150-300 demons, and earned anywhere form 10K to 12K in points these will allow you to gain 160 demons and 8 hydras,

But should you decide to be on the offensive, or defend outside your cattle, you will have to be really careful, or score I think 80K-100K in points.

You should plan and study PvP events to minimize your losses and maximize  your winnings, otherwise you will lose more than you gain. PvP are deferent some like the legendary events are mainly bend on the offensive play style

1000 demons dont  give 10k pvp points something else you mean

you probably talk about castle deffense you mean 10 k points minimium castle deffense bonus.i guess this is what you mean :)
it is possible to get 10k PVP from 1000 demons you just have to use them wisely and make sure you dont loose the battle/ battles but still have some lossses it is how PVP works best

ah ok it is hard to be profitable this systems but is good to hear some numbers at least so thanks oracle for giving me some specific examples whith specific numbers

it is a generall truth i think that pvps most times eat troop especially if someone do a big attack to you,

anyway we go on :)

You will never make a pvp profit raiding people (because of raid vs siege mechanics).  The defender may make a profit if they have high enough defense bonus.

i took another sample were the troop lost does nt have balance whith the points http://prntscr.com/cswo1g

so 11 patfinders lost  36 points ,the troop balance,i mean the reward you take the troop reward is nt equal the points have a serious problem you lose more troop and take less, this is happening  the most times and i think they changed the pvp algorithm once i play more than a year i think since i started play pvps system is changed

The losses is calculated by % so if you send 1000 dragons you can still lose more than if you send 800. but overwhelming force can change this so you dont have as as many losses. You get best PVP when you lose units if you use overwhelming force and dont lose anything PVP tends to be less.

You get rewarded for losing units.

You get rewarded for losing units.

In a battle, the pvp points awarded are calculated differently for the attacker and defender.  The attacker gains a fixed amount of points for killing enemy troops even if they take zero losses, while the defender must lose at least a certain threshold of their troops in order to get points (they still get points for killing the attackers units, but only if they lose over this threshold value).  The value seems to be somewhere around MIN(5%, 25k defense power), at less than this amount they can still get points but generally far fewer than they should have received for the amount of offense units they killed.

So for attacking it's always best to overwhelm the defender by as much as possible, while for defending you want to lose at least a few troops (but still overwhelm the attacker significantly).

Well, it is a war game after all. So the joy should be in attacking/defending castles, hamlets, settlements, beacons etc. The tournaments just makes you lose a bit less.

Another thing is to use only infantry or cavalry that way you lose weak troops and gain strongers ones maybe some legendaries even. The total off/def of your army will be lower but the food consumption wil drop also so you can build a stronger army. And you'll gain some sapphires, boost etc.

So yes you can calculate everything you want but you'll never know what is comming your way or what is defending the place that you're attacking. Unless you cheat like a lot of peeps here by having 1 or more alts and attack yourself. Yes it's easy for the points but what's the fun in that. Not knowing what's gonna happen is much more interesting then to see if you used the battle calculator correctly. But that's just me.

jahanrayene i have to say i agree completetly whith you ,if you  expect profit from pvp it is somethink like waiting an angel :p

the game is designed to eat troops and obviously the pvps is designed to do that,i constantly lose more troop than take thats why i try avoid them
