Got stuck at level 3 need an axe but unable to craft without wood. Cant startover and completely unable to go to level 4. Not even able to leave my home map. What shoud i do?? Disappointed

I find at times that the only way to have the game run efficiently - especially after some updates - that the game does not perform as it should and i have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
This is a time consuming process as all games are on one app - i am wasting a lot of time installing the app just to play a game.

The Sanctum of shards definitely should have a opening for a 4th crystal.
You might even consider raising the level of crystals.

I ordered a package, on 12/3/2019, that was supposed to include a sage, among other things. I want my damn sage. It is something that cost you nothing, but i paid for. Give me my damn sage, or I will quit this failing game. Thanks in advance. get your shit together

You have a x2 event on holy summoning and I use 2 and did not get orange champion. that is unbelievable because the Math is perfect and 2 try means 100 percent. I loved the app until it quit working with your last update and I cannot seem to get it functional again. Based on the money I spent on this game it is most annoying!

I have been playing on the Play App for ages, and it was working fine - BUT the latest upgrade has been causing problems - game lagging, hanging (requiring refresh) and now I cannot log in, stops at 70% loaded (and stops art 80% here on your website!!). Please do not insult my intelligence by suggesting "clear cache"/"reboot"/etc. Rise of Balur is working fine on the App!!!
