They now allow editing, but no explanation still. i have sent a ticket to support.

I can possible see why editing out an avatar of swimwear might be necessary - depending on how raunchy the picture was. The game does have a 13+ age range, so they do have some responsibility to the younger player base (and I expect the parents of the younger player base would expect them to take that responsibility seriously).

But yeah, some comms explaining why the action was taken would have been nice. 

If not just for common courtesy, then at least to explain what the issue was, so you don't make the same mistake again.

Btw it might not have been due to the swimwear. It might be due to copyright. I am assuming it wasn't a picture of yourself in swimwear, so you probably took the picture from somewhere. Ppl won't sue you for use of the picture, they will sue Plarium who have deeper pockets. That stuff is explained in the T&C's btw.

That is odd, generally you'll get a mail from oberon warning you for doing inappropriate stuff when they change it for you.  

No they have not explained anything. I renamed that castle to Blazing Trails after they allowed me to enter the profile. 

The problem was the girl in the bikini was smoking hot. If she wasn’t it wouldn’t have violated there terms. But since they never explained it to me I assume it never did violate the terms, what it did do was offended someone who is un-healthy and overwheight and Plarium jumped all over it.   

They responded with this.. Dont do that again without say what it is I did lol

Did you know that this main account here had its avatar removed also? Because the skeleton was giving the middle finger. 

The Marshal of kings threatened to rape my mother and Plarium did nothing, but took down 2 of my avatars.. 1 was the middle finger and the other a girl in a bikini. 

True story….  

So we took all 4 of the their beacons.. cost me like 2k USD.

It would be nice make all these accounts linked in the forums right?

Important is that you recuperated back the account ...as for avatar or name , i am sure you will find one which you  like it and is not against the rules...
