The  discription  was  changed last week as it was  ment to reduce  collection time to empty hamlet not  to increase the total yield (as  it  was  previously decribed )  This  was   the  reason we  were  given  sorry  for the  confusion.

But we already have a champion that does that. Why another, especially one that is so hard to get? Kind off feel cheated here. 

I know  how  you feel I had  the  same  reaction not  really happy about  the  placement  to activate it either as it interferes with using Prophetess and or  Skyvoice I  think it  would  be better placed in the space in vault on the right. In my opinion 

They gotta have some kind of filler champs, can't have everybody running around with an orange foehammer right away haha.  I am sad it doesn't increase hamlet yield though, that would have actually been interesting.

And truth in advertising.

I still think they should offer lower grade champs for fewer fragments.

Lower grade champs?  You mean like the blue and green ones?  I probably wouldn't spend fragments on them, we get so few per month I'd rather save them for the purple and orange versions, but I guess they could offer it in case people are interested.  

They are useful for the Tower event. Would certainly help out leagues with fewer members.
