Return from Holiday and nothing works

just logged in after 7 days away and the start screen just doesn't load. Any ideas

try to clear the browser cache and update flash player if needed. this can help you to load it

aslo try to update the browser and if the problems persists try to log with another browser.

Hi i have that problem as well i updated my Google Chrome and my Flash also cleared my browser cache and tryed to open in a new browser but it did not work in either of them pls tell me whats going on i need to get back to my castle all my troops are out of coc!!!!!!

try to uninstall and reinstall chrome with the new version, dont know what other browser have u tried but u can do it with firefox or opera but be aware these 2 need to install flash apart.

also if you have cell try to install on it puffin web and try to log since there at least for emergency situations as send troops to catacombs.

if u still cant log from pc browsers, please contact any friend to receive ur own coordinates to be able to send a ticket to support following this link: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

u can explain this issue to them to check ur own account to see what is happening

i have had that same problem before. i couldn't get in for a week after discovering the problem and after a week it started working. i bet that this will just go away
