I've not played the game in a while (I'm military so I'm on and off when it comes to Facebook games). Upon returning and deciding to start Stormfall up once again - I was met with the game giving me an intro and forcing me to restart again. All 3 servers (while logging in from Facebook) forced me to restart to level 1.

I have made many purchases on the game over the course of 2 years. I can provide an example of my purchase history on Facebook.

Any help to recover, etc my account would be greatly appreciated.
