had 400 points this morning. sieged about 24 more, now game says i have no points. have i been baned from any points? sure like to know what your thinking is on it. two weeks ago i got second place in game. for a week i could not get any siege points. this week i got in top 50, 27th or so. now i start with points then game wont give me more and takes away the points i did have.

The feature worked out as intended, the thing is that you lose Siege points once your Siege is recalled or besieged.
The rankings are updated every week, so, to get back to the top positions, I suggest you missing one of the weeks. The server will count your points down to zero so that you will definitely get the more points for the new Sieges.
