My second account was removed because I made too many attempts to enter the 2FA code.  Actually the code never appeared in my email.   After a few emails requested by Plarium with sensitive info they restored my account.  So I entered username and password which was accepted.  Then it said to enter the code Plarium sent to my email which is what started this fiasco in the first place.  The code never shows up in my email and yes I checked every folder.  My question is this.  Is there any setup or installation I have to do to make my email accept the code Plarium says they sent?  This is very frustrating since I have been playing for 6+ years.
