BUG sending units to BG's

Title: Legendaries to BG's while not selected them

Platform: Facebook.com

Server: “Untamed Lands”;

Feature: Battlegrounds;

I did two battle grounds and find out my legendary units when to the BG’s while i explicit DESELECTED them. I never ever use legendaries in battlegrounds.

So dont tell me how to play or select units cuz Im not a noob and i checked before sending them. This is not right and i would like to see them back on my account!

I have made an copy on my pc just incase it gets deleted because of all the report. I also had contact met with custom er service who said to. Post it her

Dear Lord,

We provide compensations in case the bug is confirmed. 

At this point, no issues related to this part of the game functionality element have been detected. 

I would appreciate your understanding.

I dont understand this! Because  u cant find no issues related to this part of the game functionality doesn't mean they can occur. Im dissapointed and I want my units back. This aint the first time it happens. Im a paying customer for over 5 years and i want compensation for this. If not Im going to make a case of this by  The Netherlands Gambling Authority (NGA) .  Not only about this matter but also regarding lootboxes and the lottery called Battlegrounds

I am afraid we will be able to investigate this situation further only if we receive new details that would help us to reproduce the issue. At this point, the bug has not been confirmed.

So what do you need? You assume by this message I dont know how to play. I invested money in this game and i want them back. Not all bug can be confirmed by you guys when u cant find something. I just noticed this bug. What do you expect me to do? Making a moving while am playing? Its not hard to compensate the lost lengendary units. But somehow cuz Im not a VIP player you dont want to return them.

Im very dissapointed in this company. I dont get a proper solution and thats sad.  Dont expect me to invest anymore money in this scamming game! I want my money back i invested in the game! Im a loyal player from the years am playing and dont want to b treaten like this.


BG's wont pay out after 14 BG's in a row, legendary units go to backgrounds while not selected, you have an gambling option in the game with the prize draws where the chance is so small u can never win anything. Gambling is illegal in games like this (lootboxes) etc.Maybe i should need to take it to higher autorithies to get something done as customer. Lets see what The Netherlands Gambling Authority think about this!  Maybe u think that no reaction work and solving the problem. You got this all wrong.

No I did two BG's right after each other and the same thing happend. One def BG and one offense..

Im very dissapointed that you guys dont give a proper solution for a loyal (paying) customer who plays this game for a very long time

I've seen a lot of people complain about this happening, but the support team has never managed to replicate the situation so it cannot be compensated for.
