It could be that you have the max amount of Wraiths at this point. Check your Crypt and see if you have the maximum (eg. 50/50) or send 1 Wraith to a BG (or kill it anywhere) and see if you can ressurect a new one. If that works, then you need to either 1: kill them off to be able to ressurect more or 2: build Sacropagus and or improve your Maximum Wraiths in Obelisk of Power. Let us know if it works or not.
