Lost art sage isn't working after update

I'm using facebook to play stormfall. I had Sage activated to upgrade my 2nd item, but i have noticed that I'm no longer able to update my 2nd lost art item since the most recent update. I have a sage counter counting down but i'm unable to que my 2 lost arts. Please fix it!!!

Sage item should show as active (not purchase) if activated with the timer (screenshot below). Sage is not active and timer shows the time left (before it expires from a deal/pack) to buy that item in the bank.

You can double check and see if active by going to your Castle and check the UI (screenshot below). Check between Map and Lost Arts, does it show 2/2 (meaning that two Lost Arts are training(Sage is active)) or 1/2 (meaning that 1 out of 2 Lost Arts are training (Sage is active)) If it says 1/1 then Sage is not active and a new item needs to be activated for 7 days to be able to train two Lost Arts at the same time. Yup except the fact that it said 1/1 on main page. when you looked at my ss of lost art, it shows that it still has time to pick a second item. but no bleno

You do not have a Sage activated. Your screenshot showed that you still had time left (42min) to purchase a sage, as Futrikelv points out. You also said that on your main page, your LA icon shows as 1/1.

Check between Map and Lost Arts, does it show 2/2 (meaning that two Lost Arts are training(Sage is active)) or 1/2 (meaning that 1 out of 2 Lost Arts are training (Sage is active)) If it says 1/1 then Sage is not active and a new item needs to be activated for 7 days to be able to train two Lost Arts at the same time. Check between Map and Lost Arts, does it show 2/2 (meaning that two Lost Arts are training(Sage is active)) or 1/2 (meaning that 1 out of 2 Lost Arts are training (Sage is active)) If it says 1/1 then Sage is not active and a new item needs to be activated for 7 days to be able to train two Lost Arts at the same time.
