The game says I am supposed to get 10/hour at my current Dominion level of lost Arts. I have been off-line SEVERAL hours and log in to find I have accumulated only 6! Why should I bother to increase dominion level if it does not do what it says it will do?

10 sapphires per hour but you have only collected 6 Sapphires after several hours?
If you have level 6 Dominion then maybe you need to attach screenshots
but I think you failed to send enough units, and they finished work and then returned with a full load
or perhaps they were attacked
