Purchased League Chests - not being delivered

One of our league members purchased a package that included a "basic" league chest.  Several of our member " did " receive them, but  I have " NOT ".  I was on the On-Line chat talking with Alina Phoenix about this when it was after I had been waiting 1 hr.  She said that if it did not come in, to put up a Bug Report.  I has been over 2 hrs 40 min.


Another member who has not collected the chest yet, because of my issue and keeping track of the time, sent this screen shot showing how long the chest has been available to them.

7 hrs later... still no response from Plarium

Now there has been a second League Chest purchased from a package, and after 2 hrs and 15 min the 2nd Chest is " NOT " showing up in my inventory.

Now I have 2 League Chests purchased by my league members that are not coming to me.

10 hrs later... still no response from Plarium.

2 League Chests have still " NOT " shown up for me to collect. 

12 hrs + on the 1st Basic Chest that was purchased in my league. 

5 hrs 15 min + on the 2nd Standard League Chest that was purchased in my league.

Now there are 3 League Chests that have been purchased in my league that have " NOT " come to my account.


21 hrs + on the 1st Basic Chest that was purchased in my league

14 hrs + on the 2nd Standard Chest that was purchased in my league

5 hrs + on the 3rd Superior Chest that was purchased in my league


My friend who has been helping me with this by not collecting the Chests to help show how much time is passing, must now collect the 1st Basic Chest before time runs out.

Hello, lord! 


Bonuses, including Sapphires, are added directly to your balance right at the moment when you Open the chest and not when you click "OK". Hence, just check your balance of Sapphires before and after the opening of the chest.

I guess you did not read my post...  I have " NO "  League Chests to open.   That was what this post is all about.

My fellow league members are receiving League Chests to open but " NOT " me.

27 hrs later...  still no fix and I'm loosing another chest


I have already lost the "Basic" chest that was purchased 30 hrs ago, because it did " NOT " come to my account.

18 hrs +  I have waited for the "Standard" League Chest to show in my account

11 hrs +  I have waited for the "Superior" League Chest to show in my account

This image is from a fellow league member who is waiting to open the League Chests to show the time remaining.... These League Chests were never delivered to my account




Please check my account, you will get confirmation I have "NOT" received these League Chests.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I have checked logs of your account. Don't worry, we will settle this issue together. For the full report to the developers, I also need coordinates of the player who purchased a special offer that granted the Chest you could not get. Please specify his/her coordinates here or in a Personal Message to me.

The player who purchased the packages is located at     x: 1651   y: -965


There have now been a total of 4 League Chests that I have not received. 

In total I did not receive:

1 - Basic League Chest

2 - Standard League Chests

1 - Superior League Chest



 Here is the latest Chest that is not in my account, it is a "Standard" League Chest.

I understand you are reporting the bug, but what does that mean for my castle?

Our devs will check why the League chests have not been delivered to your account. If any issues are found, they will be resolved and the further Chests should be successfully delivered to you.
