A year ago last September, I started writing a novel about “Stormfall
Age of War” called “The Conquest of Darkshine.” Players from my league and many
others become part of the “ongoing” novel (pages posted every day) with
victories, defeats and many imaginary things determined by what happens in the
game. It's like your playing a game but also living in a novel. I know "nobody does this kind of stuff but I'm nt exactly normal!" I thought each captain could use up to five mass PM’s per day and I would use them all. 

The first book is in print and is called
“The Conquest of Darkshine” it is 640 pages in paperback and hardcover. You can

Just recently I found out the 5 mass PM limit was for “all” captains and my heart is broken. I won’t use up all the mass league messages!  We’ve grown immensely in the last year and have
just acquired our first beacon. I’m in the second book of a three book series called
“By the Golden Sea” and this is one post that I wrote that day. The names are
players in the game & “Rawana” is actually from another much more powerful league
to help us with our first beacon.

as workmen used massive cranes to place huge stone blocks around the base of
the new “BEACON” on the southern border of Gorgan. 

Suddenly, a hundred ORCS, eighty ORCISH
RAIDERS, forty OGRES & two-hundred screeching MARENNON, charged the
structure & were quickly brought down by Redneck DEFENDERS & an AXE
hurtled by Trickett. 

“How often does Balur attack?” the pretty
“emissary” asked. 

“TWICE A DAY!” the Redneck Captain
laughed. 

“Tell your men to work FASTER!” Rawana
said.   

“When your ENEMIES discover what you are
doing . . . they will send THOUSANDS! 

I know how important mass communication is in a war game and some have
suggested I just write fewer stories but I’m an addicted writer and it would be
like asking an alcoholic to go to a bar and have just one drink. I could try to
do just one or two PM’s a day but somehow I would find a way to use them all. I
don’t want my league to suffer because of my stories so I quit. They want me to
come back but I don’t know what to do. If I cannot find a way to keep going my
dreams of these fantasy novels will all be gone. I know this is a long shot but …
