Update News!

Check Out the New Features Now!

A message from the marathoners!

Archons!

This week, we’ve fixed some bugs and made some important updates:

- Mixing Elixirs. We made a major change to how you mix Elixirs. From now on, instead of having to mix each pair of Elixirs one by one, you can mix all similar pairs of Elixirs in a single action. To do this, simply go to the Sanctum of Asclepius, find the “Amphora Chamber” tab, and select Elixirs to mix. If you have multiple Elixirs of the same type, you will be prompted to mix either two or all of them.

- We have improved the way in which Resource Packs are applied. Notifications about when you are about to exceed your Resource Capacity will now be more accurate.

- From now on, you can copy the messages sent and received directly from the in-game Chat.

- From now on, if you decide to relocate your City while your Units are on their way to another location, you will be notified as to how long it will take those Units to return from to the new City coordinates. You will then be given the option to proceed or to cancel the action.

- If you have been using Chat in the game, but have not performed any other in-game actions for more than 5 minutes, the game will no longer time-out.

- We have resolved an issue regarding Unit Speed indicators. Travel speed is now consistently and correctly displayed across all interfaces.

- We have updated the system of notifying players about the changes to Coalition Diplomatic Statuses.

- The coordinates of inactive Coalition Members will no longer be shown in the Coalition Members list.

Now, Archon, assemble your Cavalry and fortify your city, for Xerxes has no doubt been rallying his forces.

Hello,

There's a HUGE problem with the new sanctum of Asclepius.

Upon selecting any elixir, you've offered two choices :

- Mix 2 : this will do the same thing as before. But it now takes one more click !

- Mix all : instead of mixing all of the selected elixir, it mixes all your sanctum contents at once !!!

So beware : using this, you can't build the needed level 4 elixirs (that you could swap for free) or level 8 ones (you could swap with easy to earn silver caducei).

Instead, it will mix all your stock up to the higest possible elixirs without giving you a choice.

Be warned.

I pity the fool

Thank the pagan gods mixing elixirs was a pain thank you that's the one task I don't look forward to.

and copying messages is long overdue being a Polemarch I do heaps of typing thank you

Now if we can solve the problem of trading unwanted articles and perhaps pick up troops 15 to 20% cheaper

especially cavalry and champion units especially cataphracts which are impossible to get together at the cost that they are

50% overpriced at normal prices then this game would be 99% perfect at all times.

thank you i know the changes took some work to do can't get everything right from the start bit by bit getting better all the time now

only if I could afford to collect 1000 cataphract for my 20,000 cavalry which i have not got yet mmmm how to get 2 million drac's

rob a bank do over 7/11 mmmm could be out of reach whoops just thinking out loud.

thank you for the changes will save time and more time

well done Plarium

just one thing this spell checker is driving me crazy.

Some neat changes here.

However, I would agree with THATBLOKE about the elixirs though. The change is nearly ideal - I made the mistake of 'mix all' and now have elixirs above level 8 that I would not normally look to make. As pointed out, silver caduceus are usually available and so level 8 elixirs are readily swopped out.

It would be good if the 'mix all' process automatically stopped at level 8 for all types - no matter how many level 8's you may have. If you want 9's and 10's then mix as normal - your choice.

Just a thought ... otherwise it's a nice option which I (and I guess most others) will never use.

Thanks

I was asking for change of elixir mixing for while, so we finally got update...but don't think so anyone expected this...

what we wanted was with 1 click to transfer for example 500x lvl 1 elixir to 250x lvl 2 elixir, not everything to max level

issues are: what if u already have lvl 12 for example, and it will create another lvl 12 of same type, but u prefer to have lvl 4 and lvl 8 for easy swap as well

there is another issue what I mentioned before few times, if cost of swapping elixirs was much lower or free, this update would be great

I mean elixirs should be strategically used not to pay 5k to swap it once a year

who want to keep lvl 4 or lvl 8 elixir will have to click one more time as bloke said:

so if I want to manually level them up I have to click:

(1click to select elixir, 2nd click to press mix, 3rd click to choose mix two)

3x2, 3x4, 3x8, 3x16, 3x32, 3x64, 3x128, 3x256, 3x512, 3x1024, 3x2048, 3x 4096 times all the way to lvl 12 which is (24 570 clicks)

old way it would "only" be 16 380 clicks :)))

That elixir mixing was really frustrating! Thanks god, that now at least I can one click and mix all! Even though with that small 'bugs' it's a change. Plarium heard us and made it real which I am pretty sure they will fix it soon! It's a good thing still.

I understand that it's not what you were expecting to see. However, I doubt that our developers will make any changes in the current system.
