Inbox locking

On opening a message in my inbox the game locks on me.  All I can do is quit the game and restart.  All other parts of the game seem to be working well.  Problem seems to be limited to the message section of inbox only.

Hello, Archon!

Please specify if you play in a browser or via Plarium Play app. And do you face this issue every time you try to check the Inbox? Or this happens randomly?

not sure his pltaform, but it also happens on webgl at least in plarium.com  thee glory frontier, constantly and annoyingly

Devs have updated the game server on Friday. Could you please specify if this issue has been resolved on WebGL?

It was suggested to me to add a reply here since I am having similar problems. This is the issue in a nutshell: About a month ago I stopped being able to respond to msgs. Basically whenever I attempt to the game freezes. I've tried deleting all the stocked up msgs which results in the stuff being deleted, but the number still shows the same amount. The only aspect that works properly is the blue ones (from when you click on a finished tourney), these msgs actually delete regularly(no freezing or anything). I have a chromebook so I'm unable to play with Plarium Play. I wouldn't mind it so much except that I am concerned that I can't respond to COA msgs directed at me. I'm worried that sooner or later I'll be kicked out if Heg thinks I am ignoring fellow players or not paying attention to requests to cease doing something. Will wait for a reply.

Hello, Archon!

Please clarify if the game freezes in any message or only in Coalition thread. Do you receive any pop-ups when the game freezes? And please specify the browser and its version that you use.
