You can Always declare war to the coalition you want to attack. theres no limit if your coalition is at war :-)

Mate for pvp u can always attack on emporia , u don't have to attack cap or pantheons

There must be some limits Archon..Make him def. trap :)
you will all get pvp and you wil laugh later when he lose all his off..I've participated in many actions where player ask like 300-400k def and he collect over 100mil def in his city.

mate me one for example got 15 k points attacking on emporia..from 4 medium attacks ... and i passed one to attack in wich i found an guy there ..wich if i would have attacked him will have more then 20 K points ..he was having a big defensive there over 4 M ...depends of luck ...
p.s. i'm thinking that the explication it's that with time ,more and more players plays safe , and also are fewers players because they whey tired of the numerous glitches ..and they way the guys from support resolve them ...me one for example ..i'm also thinking quitting

In concur , game is pretty much dead / boring (my case, after years, and i still haven't see any facecrapbook content on plarium.server even this day ,GG ). Their only survival will be on new comers.
Make sure you advice them to don't spend money on something this boring and on a game that never listens to it's players base. It's like all developers are hidden on a secret room , never to be spoken with , it's like xerxes secret oracle (predicts when and how to take money and then smoke it is).
Also the VIP system .... O boy i was stupid to believe it will be of any help for a regular player (coiners feature again).
Hopefully plariums next move wont be to create some new images , drop them under the same "flawless" game engine and call it a new game.
The bigger the game , the bigger the conspiracy , the bigger the greed for the benjamins !
P.S: anyone good on actionscript ?
