Missing signing queues?

Hi


I purchased your specials pack last weekend.

I bought to the limit of 3 packs.

I thought each pack included an extra 7 day signing queue.

  1. How do I check what was included in the packs I bought?
  2. If the packs did include the extra signing queue, where do I find the additional 2 queues I bought, now that the first one I used has expired?

You mean a extra signing agreements?

You should be able to find all the items you bought, in the Market and in your acropolis, and to check if you have any extra signing agreements, just go to your agreements section, and try to start a new one.

AgesofMan: You are referring to the ambassador that comes with the purchases. He can be found in your agreements section on the right hand side. I have included a picture for you. I hope it helps. Unlike like Plarium, my tech support always works....

Although the second and third package descriptions I bought using real money, showed them including a second signing agreement, it appears Plarium unethically and, in the UK certainly unlawfully, arbitrarily have decided to delete these queues from the package if you buy more than one package.


Additionally when you buy a package, Plarium appear to have no system that actually gives you a record of what you bought!

Can you think of ANY other online purchase where the supplier does not give you an invoice for what you have purchased?

They may have designed an interesting game but their attitude of utter contempt for the people who pay money to play the game appals me.

You can purchase more than 1 Ambassador as well. They stay in the market... See picture below.

Ages, Plarium itself does not handle the transactions. That is handled by x-solla and by law they do send you a receipt to your email. You likely have it going to junk mail.. I am the world's most active player. Believe me when I say you don't pull the wool over this kid's eyes. Hope that helps.  FYI, I am not tech support here. It breaks my heart watching player after player suffering with easily answerable questions. I have offered to be free tech support of all North America and apparently, they have it handled. My Phd in Geophysics must not be of any value... :) There is, I should like to say, nothing that I do not know about this game. Hint, Hint Plarium...   Cheers. Notty.

Here's a snapshot of a receipt. My account told me I have spent over $100,000 on this game alone. At the very least, I get the write offs for meals and entertainment :)

Thanks for trying to help.

I do get invoices They describe what i have bought as 494e180d-be5a-4fd4-b195-fbd3b5c5157a or similar.

Now i don't know about you, you may have an inside run on these things, but that descriptions is about as much use to me as a tit on a bull.
