Plarium makes it near impossible to report bugs in their buggy software

no longer leads to a webpage where you can report bugs. All you can do is read. No writing.



Similarly your pages that talk about support have nowhere to report bugs.

The product is buggy and you have no way to report bugs other than to write general messages here and hope someone reads them AND does something about it AND informs you of the bug's status or resolves it promptly. This is ridiculous.

with pleasure and depends of luck mate ... :)))  for me    took 5 days  to respond  and  another 13 days to close it and clasify as solved ..even if they didn't  explained and resolved anything   ..profesionalism zero

When I lived in Germany, customer service was also a joke at almost any business I dealt with. Their motto seems to be,"let's cut costs and customer service until the point where customer is about to go elsewhere". I came from Seattle, where customer service was about let's spend more money on customer service to get people to spend even more money than that on buying more stuff. I guess both methods lead to greater profits for the company owners, but only the latter method leads to more customer happiness. Plarium seems to prefer the German model.

You can submit a ticket by following a link in any article ;) But first, I would suggest searching related articles in Support database. Most common issues are described there.

Why won't you correct your own WRONG message that is pinned at the top of the Bug Reports forum? Don't give me some excuses about some obscure way to find the CORRECT way to report a bug. FIX YOUR OWN WRONG POST!

You act like Donald Trump who refuses to ever admit you made a mistake. Fix your mistake. You are misleading people and knowingly continuing to do that!!
