New Application or maybe old ,log in question

How can i log in with my current without losing the progress ,if i'm log in  on plarium with  the facebook account  ?? 

On the new app or maybe old and just  i saw it   , i  don't have the  option to log in with facebook ??

You can connect your plarium.com account to your facebook or Google account in your player profile:

Hi! If you want to continue playing on your FB account from here, it's impossible. plarium.com is a different server, and you can only start from lvl 1 here.

Alyona also to not open a new thread , something happened earlier and my game freezed  , pc blocked ... and instead to send to  offensive position level 43  ..i saw all my army was sent to a defensive one ...and lost  all my offensive army  in  an 49 defensive position ... spent 40 k drachmas to revive offensive army and went bankrupt on drachmas  .. i send an request to support ..it's posible to do something in this regard :(  ??

you need to log out with your facebook details then log back in with the original email and password you first logged in with 


I got caught out with that one as well :)

Original email doesn't exist , i create my account on plarium server login   with the facebook account :))

Anyhow  i think  i will not bother anymore ,because i'm thinking quiting ...  very dissapoiment ..nobody respond of my  problem  ...  i lost 40 k  drachmas , and almost 2 -3 milions of each defense  and offense today ..because wanted to  have back the army i lost ..when from what  the hell reason ...   ( me one didnt's sent it because i'm not an idiot  )  ..all my offensive army was destroyed on that  defensive position ...when the game freezed and me one intended to hit one offensive position  :(

You can contact Support Team about your losses. But please be patient, they won't respond at once :)

As for the originally mentioned issue, open your plarium.com account, add and verify an email, I hope that helps;)

 it's with the account connected to gmail ..but how i log in  with him without losing prosgress ??



And for the second problem i'm not  an patience  guy , passed like 24 hours not an response .I  lost  yesterday a lot of time ,drcahmas ,army and getting more and more frustrating  :(( Also i lost progress because of that ,couldn't concentrate doing something else... Seeing all youre army lost because ..something you didn't do it's  not so good :(  So after  nobody responded and after i spent all drachmas to revive some army destroyed ... i starded doing  defensive position ...and of course  when i draw the line with those clearing all levels minus one to level up ... i lose  a little over 2 M  defense and gain back 600 k offense    ... Then sawing that nobody answered ... done the  last attacking position available ...losing another  million of  offense ... 

So drawing the line ...  after an crappy day   lost all my drachmas ...and    got  670 agema in infarmary and 870  mounted peltast after i started  the  day with  0 of those plus others  ... and of course the number of units   got from a little over 16 K to 14,5  K  .. have the total  offensive and defensive army lower wich like 1, 5  - 2 M   Milions each ...... wich coszt me almost 40 k drachmas :( 


Not an happy Archon , don't understand  what the hell happened that my  army got to that defensive positions ...not  were i intended to sent it ...and also don't know what happened at that moment  :(

It takes a few days to check a new ticket :) As we receive a lot of tickets daily, so everyone has to wait for their turn. If you have confirmed your email address, but still can't login in the app, let our Support Team know, they will help.

Passed two days  and an few hours and nothing ,you can't let youre clients waiting so much time :( ... very frustrated  :( ... if there are more  problems because the number of the users increased  ..hire more  peoples . .


In the second problem i will just pass it ... and i will not use that app ... doesn't worth the trouble .. tried to log in with that email..but of course couldn't ... how to log in if i didn't have an password set  ..because i'm login in with the facebook account now and not with that email :(

my patience it's on the   limit  , you guys  theat   as us as sh,it  ..only good to invest money  ..but when we are needing help  forget about us  :( ...just  waiting to see what will be the response ..and this time will delete my account for good .. it's not possible  to threat us like  this :(

As I said, normally our players receive an answer within 60 hours :) But if Support receives too many tickets right now, or if you "bump' your ticket by posting additional questions there, it may take a bit longer. But don't worry, they will answer. And I could even track the progress for you if you wish ;)

Your mistake was in "bimping" your ticket. Once you send an additional comment, your ticket is moved to the end of the queue. So you would have received an answer much faster if you weren't bumping it ;)
