hi, this is getting too habitual, nearly every week or two weeks we have a similar situation and there is nothing you can do when troops are out. whats going on?

if people lost troops because of putting this on banner.... i hope support will do something about it...




keep in mind with all the new pantheons double tournament etc, there were many troops out

What exactly have you troubles with?

You can not login? Delay between clicks? Can you be a bit more specific please?

AFAIK there was an update executed today on a number of servers, which would explain a short-term loss of service.

it was everyone that we were booted from game, at the exact time (different continents, etc) and next thing that appears the video, not good of developers to do that just less than two hours after appearing over 50 pans, hope support do not say to the people that lost troops, because they could not recall back etc, that it was their fault and get responsbility :)


Nuno, the problems are for support, this is game discussion, if you read what i wrote, i said that its happening very often (not to me, to everyone), i understand sometimes is needed updates etc, but most game sites first inform, second they get responsability of any problems during it (if they were not scheduled). here that does not happend, so as you can see this is a game discussion :-)

You're right, it wasn't good considering the fights for Pantheons. Unfortunately, we couldn't predict that in advance. Our plarium.com devs had no idea that the new Pantheons were added.

alyona how can dev had no idea that the new pans were added that day? is there no communication between departments?


ofc losses through support, i said at the begining, this was more a informal chat about it :-)

Game devs and portal devs are different teams and they have independent update schedules.
