I'm curious.

Starting a new coalition you can set the level restrictions to whatever you want but the academy is always set to level 5. Activating the academy allows people to join instantly to your coalition and if you do not activate the academy then people have to "send a request" to join. Here's the problem. If I want only people level 40 or higher and state that in my coalition description yet keep my academy activated at level 5 it seem people ignore the rules and join under level 40 anyways. How do set my coalition to accept level 40 and higher without having to make people send a request to join? I'm tired of low level players.

Unfortunately, there's no way to do that. You can remove them manually though, or give them a chance to raise their level. It won't take long to level up to 40.

simple work around, keep 10 inactives in scholar rank, that way you don't get new surprised visits, most coalitions do it this way
