Hello Archon,


I can't read anything you wrote, but I guess you've got an absent hegemon problem.


Here is how to proceed :


1) Open a ticket to the Plarium support and tell them your hegemon won't come back :

2) Wait for their answer and instructions.


3) After the required time (I think it's a month, they'll tell you), you'll be able to nominate a new hegemon and they'll pass control to him.


The duration is to allow your current hegemon to come back. Then they'll change to someone else for you.

I am trying to submit but every time I press send it shows me a "one of the required fields is empty" error page. All the fields have been filled in. I've tried in both Mozilla and Internet Explorer and I'm getting really frustrated. As for a month, it can't take that long, he's been MIA for a month already. We can't build capitals and we've fallen 300 ranks in the Coa rankings.



........Ugh!!!  How can they take money from people and not have a proper way of contacting them when you need support??? I'm at my wits end. No matter how many times I fill out a ticket and press send it will not submit and the same "one of the required fields is empty" error page pops up. No fields are empty, my brain feels like it's going to explode. Is anyone able to help me?

Actually your hedgemon is the one who created the coalition using drachmas so giving him a month or so to possibly log back on is sensible. Whether you want to possibly wait that long is up to you. or find another active coalition.

Well, just fill in the requested fields, then. ^^


Precisely, you need to fill in :


- Your real name


- Your email address (preferably the one you've used to join the game)


- Your game UID (click on the grey "Find my ID" link to the right of the box to get explanations about how to find it at the very bottom of the ingame help screen)


- A subject title (you can't leave it empty)


- A message (same as above).

  Are you kidding me right now? Are you incapable of comprehending the written word? ALL the fields were filled in. ALL of the fields were filled and YET the error page keeps popping up. Hence the problem. 
 I've tried submitting said ticket with ALL the fields filled in, in both Mozilla and Firefox MULTIPLE times, NOT WORKING.
