we upgrade our capital discipline heavyinfantrydefense from level three to level four.
but since yesterday after midnight , it doesn't work anything. it hangs ful.
we can't boost it , we can't stop it. no time was shown.
sorry , i forgot the co-ordinates from our capital: x= - 47 , y= - 17
please help
