Agreed.
In sight of completing stage 12 (Gold Tier) with plenty of time remaining only for our players to be frozen out between 11:10 and 12:55 BST.
Lets hope we are suitably compensated for the time and resources used bridging the considerable gap between stages 11 and 12?
Prize differential not inconsiderable.

the issue was with transit providers and was absolutely nothing to do with plarium
c'mon be logical here, the amount people who coin to win in the last 2 hours is unreal, you really think ANY company would purposefully deny themselves that kind of revenue?

Hello Morteeee, thank you for your reply.
To clarify my personal point was not that it was a deliberate act, which of course would be senseless, nor was it to apportion blame.
The fact remains that a lot of resources were expended in vain trying to reach various cc stages which was denied us on the run-in. If the company position is that it isn't their fault so no obligation to compensate then that is disappointing. As you acknowledge people spend a lot of money on the event and i don't think it unreasonable for a goodwill gesture to be considered.
