I don't have much time anymore to play this game, so I would like to delete my account, so how do I go about doing this

before the update members were able to delete their account without any help, so why did plarium change that option.

Our technical support team will generally provide the necessary support in such matters. Therefore, we recommend that you contact them for assistance in the following matters. Nevertheless, you can deactivate your account, Archon. To do so, you need the following: 

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your Avatar > My Profile.
3. Navigate to Settings > Account Deactivation > Deactivate Account.

I don't know why the information you have given is nothing like what happens when i open my profile, settings       there is no option to deactivate in account


by the way i put in a ticket 3/4 days ago ticket 4990152 and nothing has happened.


so what now

I cannot believe why it's taking so long to delete an account.  I have received a blank email from plarium with nothing of an expalnation or requirement


it's over a week now and before the updates it was easy to delete an account   so why is so complicated

I have not had a resolution to my problem, no one from support has contatced me.

the issue is, I inherited the account without changing details and i don't have access to the actual email account so  how do we get around this issue.


All I want is to delete the account

I feel your frustration, Archon 🙇 Our support team describes the steps to be taken concerning your request in a very detailed and informative format. This may be a system glitch. In this case, I recommend creating a ticket using another email service. I'm sure that everything will go well, Archon.

Archon, as I mentioned earlier, try creating a ticket to the support team using another email service, and I'm sure our agents will help you with your case.

Hello Archon. First, from player to player, please allow me to advise you, don't delete your  city. You can change your nickname to ----------- and change your ingame avatar. If the city hasn't your name on it, nor your avatar, even if the players will raid your city, they won't know that it is you. Some day you might want to return. Do not burn the bridges. Regarding the ticket, here is my FB profile, https://www.facebook.com/katiousa.maurogennous I can guide any player step by step to submit the ticket right.

got nothing from support.

the reason I want to delete the account is because I have other accounts I have been stuck with and want to remove as well.  Just don't have the time to work onthose accounts
