we all have same problem, its impossible for real players .... we have informed about where the problem comes from, but support still only offers a link that its old news and proved not to be of any help.... they prefer to ignore the real problem and keep blaming our pc, internet, ourselves etc...
thats th great techinical support that we have.... of course, this post will be ignored or sent to discussion to avoid them looking for the real problem
the har file it has become a way to shut up us, so they dont have to look for the real issue
