moonstones produced at 50 percent of stated rate

Moonstones are not being produced at the stated rate! They are being produced at half that rate. Great testing and quality control by plarium once again! Needs immediate fix.

yes, we have several of us reported to the vip agents and it has been checked that the produce rate is 51% instead of the 100% production rate that shows we should have, its 3 days of receiving half of what we should be producing, hope developers team today will take matter in their hands

if it is not a bug, it is another lie /trick from plarium, as it has been already proven to other agents and they realise there is a real problem!

i suggest agent helga, you rethink your answers! you are here to help us, hence the title "support"

it seems it was a bug and its fixed, how are we going to get reimbursed the moonstones that we had not received since the beginning? how is plarium going to restaure what it is owed to us?

Having discussed this issue with the team, a decision was made to not provide compensations for this bug.

I understand that you may be unsatisfied with this decision, However, there is nothing I can do here.

how can we understand that if plarium mess up something always we pay for it?


if the error is ours, plarium takes it out of our account, it should be logical the other way aorund.
