Issue - I (and many others in my team) have war reports set in settings to not receive reports if our losses are less than 5% in reinforced cities and yet we are getting reports with zero losses

This is causing many issues as when we get some idiot spamming a city with over 100 x single unit hits it bumps out our PP reports (so we cant calculate bank), we cant see proper hits to replenish team walls and we cant see which people have sent actual hits we need to respond to 

add into that there is also an issue where getting multiple reports in short sucession lags the game out as well its really becoming annoying 

Can Dev team look at this as a matter of urgency please as its having such a detrimental effect on multiple aspect of the game
