New coalition. Accepting members of all levels. The goal of BB's is to eventually recruit a strong enough military to defend a Coalition Capital. We only want players that play as a team, use good judgement and willing to assist other members if needed. That may include sending defensive to needy cities. We DO NOT attack allies or those we are at PEACE with. Doing so may result in your removal from the Coalition. There is obviously room for rank advancement but advancement is determined by a number of factors such as how often you participate, city level and development and contributing to the Coalition.
