Commanders! Listen up!

On January 21, 2016 Soldiers Inc. will be updating its servers from 12:00 till 13:00 UTC. While we should only need a few moments, you may be temporarily having difficulty accessing the game. During this time refrain from any non-essential military actions. If you experience any issues, try waiting five minutes, clear your entire Browser Cache, and then reload the game.

I can not connect to the game even now.

loading bar does not start (0%).

This morning (January 20) I am connected to the game and I played up at 8:40 am / 9:00 am with no problem, then I closed the game.


later, in the late afternoon, I tried again to connect to the game at approximately 6:30 or 7:00 pm (19:00), but in this case I could not connect!


It is for more than five hours I'm trying to make access to the game (from 19:00 to 00:20), but I am still not able to connect and access to the game .... currently are 00:20 (midnight) and I can not play!


I do not know if this is a problem that involves everybody or if I'm the only one that I can not play ...

please clarify how things are.

Commander, please clear your Cookies (Ctrl+Shift+Del) or re-login manually by pressing Log Out button and Logging In again.

I just did as you say and it worked ...

however, it remains the damage caused by the fact that I could not access to the game for over 24 hours.
