We do not investigate regular Diamond spendings. 

If you faced an issue in the game, which caused you Diamond losses, then, please describe the issue in detail. Here is an instruction on how to report bugs.

I though I was clear and I know you keep track of DIamond Spending.

I don't know what I can explain more than to ask you to look at the logs of my diamond spent at that moment becasue I don't think I ever let it got to zero.

So question is simple please check why balance is zero.

We investigate in-game issues in this thread.

Diamonds can be removed from a balance in case the in-game purchases. Also, there are no bugs which affect Diamond balance.

Please check the most frequent purchases described in the article. It can help you to clarify the spending.  

Since the issue has not been classified as a bug, the topic will be closed.
