Higher Special Operative and Defector Ranks

We've been developing more sophisticated training programs and combat doctrines for your Special Operatives. We're already seeing results in our test cases, as they've gotten the intel we need to contact even higher-placed Defectors.

Special Operatives can advance to Rank 7, while Rank 4, 5, and 6 Defectors can now be enticed to assist our efforts. Increase the Rank of an Operative or a Defector by discharging other Operatives or Defectors, as per usual.

Rank 7 Special Operatives must be obtained by increasing their Rank, while Rank 4, 5, and 6 Defectors can be obtained from Special Offers. If you get Defectors from Offers, they will arrive in the Goods tab of your Inbox, where they will wait for 7 days before disappearing. Be sure to pick them up first.

In addition to all that good news, I've got something extra just for you. We've modified the Operative Rank-Up Event to grant Rewards for getting Special Operatives to Rank 7, and we've added a corresponding Tournament Task to Combine Conflicts.

Rank up your Defectors and Special Operatives, and make those hostiles reconsider their life choices.
