Seriously Plarium? Aren't you a little ashamed for putting this forward the way you do? Any pack that holds an elite hiring bond, goes for 49 USD or 99 USD. Now you subliminally press people into buying these packs as now the chance is twice to get a Tier 1 Spec Ops compared to normal. I have big issues with this announcement, cause we have no way of telling what under normal circumstances the chance is of getting a Tier 1 Spec Ops. So you announcing that we now have twice the chance is a hyper superficial statement.

A second issue I have is that this whole Spec Ops Elite Hiring Bond thing is nothing but gambling, and you promote it. Unless I have missed it (and you can point it out to me) that there is an age restriction playing your games, you are suggesting minors (younger than 18 years) to engage in gambling, as if it wasn't bad enough you advise adults to gamble. I take this quite serious, being a father of a minor. Apart from this, you are walking in my opinion a very thin line here of what is legal in Europe. The issue around loot boxes has already the focus in quite a few countries and this is nothing else but loot boxes.

I personally think you would do the community who are playing your games a huge pleasure if you would announce what, under normal circumstances, the chances are of getting a Tier 1 out of an Elite Hiring Bond. Is it 1 out of 5 tries? 2 out of 5 tries? We do not know!!! Official/legal casinos around the world are obliged to announce the chance of winning when playing their slot machines and I see your scheme with these Elite Hiring Bonds (which can only be obtained by winning tournaments or by putting down cold hard cash) as no different. It is a slot machine in disguise, with the difference that IF we win a Tier 1, we can not cash out and be reimbursed with cold hard cash.

I would have to agree with Stryker. How are you going to offer a chance at getting something in exchange for money and not consider it gambling. At the very least all the hiring bonds could be separated and given a flat dollar/blue diamond amount for purchase. This would guarantee the item a player is purchasing whatever the cost.  Myself personally would rather and be willing to spend for example; 1000 blue diamonds for a tier 1 Operative rather than spend 100 blue diamonds 10 times at a chance of the same. On a second note it feels like the Operatives were geared more towards being challenging rather than gambling, however the method used for them is still gambling. Which online gambling is strictly illegal in the U.S. and I will not participate.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback with me. As for the special offers, unfortunately, we can't influence the distribution system. All the offers are distributed among players according to a special automatic algorithm.

As for the Operatives drop rate, sure you can't know for sure Operative of which grade you can get using Hiring Bonds. Naturally, the chances to get a grade 2 Operative are much higher than a Grade 1 one.

And of course, it's up to players to make in-game purchases or no. It's possible to gather a good Operatives squad by getting bonds as a reward in battles on Flashpoints

I think in all fairness to people and in light of your "special" in which you promised double chance, you would need to disclose what the chances are of getting a Tier 1 under normal circumstances. Without that information, your whole "special" of getting double chance was nothing but hollow, superficial and aimed solely at yanking money out of peoples pockets. 49 USD or 99 USD? You are absolutely kidding, right? Way more advanced games (from a developing and hardware requirements point of view) cost a hell of a lot less than what you try to sell those packs for. I really would like to know how you possibly can defend and justify these nonsense offers!
