I have the same problem. There is always one report but when I check, nothing's there. Any solution, please?

The report alerts do not clear for any of the sections after reading or deleting.
Commanders..Plarium is aware of this problem and the developers are working on a fix..This is a bug and hopefully the fix will be implemented soon..Please be patient a while longer..Thank you for your cooperation

Thanks for the update... It was working at some point since this post but has now came up again.

Commander...This bug has been in game for a while now,,,giving it the ability to "hide" as we have added so much..But we are working our way thru ..We thought we had isolated it and fixed the issue only to find it popped its ugly head up again..So we are back to work...hopefully we will find the "root" and correct this soon

I'm also facing this problem... it's getting worst. Apparently, if the message was deleted but had not been read, the inbox/contracts number did not decrease. That happened to me a number of times for messages and contracts. Hope the fix is coming soon.

Commander...We are working on this known issue...I do not know an exact date of a fix..Please be patient just a while longer...as fast as we can find/isolate/fix this "bug" ..we will...we want this fixed as well as you as we have been having a very difficult time trying to find it
