ANNOYING BUG WITH REPORTS AND MESSAGES

Since one of the updates a moth or two ago the player to player messages icon and the reports icon keep saying there are reports when they have been read or deleted or even that do not exist, It is not only on may accoun, other people have this issue to.

We're preparing a fix for this bug right now. Hopefully it will be released with the next update :)

Game is showing that I have messages when I don't and it is showing that I have a Contract update message on the Mic near the Top Left of the Screen and I don't. What is the deal and will you please fix this ASAP?!?!?!?

Commander..Plarium is aware of this problem and have been working hard to prepare a fix...This has been a difficult little bug  but it should be fixed with the next update hopefully..Please be patient just a little while longer..thank you

Commander...We have a fix in place..If you are still experiencing issues ..try clearing/cleaning your browser/Cache..This will erase the old files with the new updated versions..If you continue with these issues even after that then Contact Support

I guess there is a fix on it's way, but I have the same problem but maybe worse, I can't read any reports!!! This includes Tactical !!! So I can't play the game at all !! I can't recon because I can't read the report, if anyone attacks me or my positions, I don't know who it is & I can be losing troops & not even know about it. It's really frustrating, please fix soon

Commander..Please contact Support with this problem...Support has the technology to look into your game functions and see if there is a problem ..Support will be happy to help you...What you are describing to me sounds like you need Support

Support contacted on 18th October! No reply yet & NO fix in sight! Still can't play game properly! NOT happy

Commander..True Support is a little back logged...but  your needs are very important ,,,someone will be in contact soon

I have seen this bug about false mail reports 4 months ago. Numerous complaints followed immediately with generic replies. (We are aware or contact support). I have sent three tickets and not one has been replied to. Yet your team of programmers have plenty of time to reformat the the entire "Profile Page" and design new game functions and hold video chats. It is obvious that this is a bug that is intended to stay within the game and that a fix is not in the pipeline otherwise it would have been accomplished by now. Please spare me the laughter and don't reply to my message.

im a nice guy i have to make people around me happy so go ahead and laugh

they already tried fixing it but unfortunately the fix that was applied before failed so now they are back to develop another different fix 

be patient and remember sending 3 tickets is spamming support so you will get a very very late answer 

the best you can do is send just one and wait

Been waiting for 4 months and counting. Whether it is 3 or 1 tickets.... it's a complaint that the customer has initiated. Clearly I am not the only one voicing these very same concerns. Not to mention the alts that have ran amuck in this game in which I have seen hundreds of similar complaints and the stellar typical generic reply of "please submit a ticket." 

To wash my concerns over with a reply of "remember sending 3 tickets is spamming support so you will get a very very late answer" is a typical hop scotch to wash over a true customer service issue. Do try to come up with something more intelligent than that-please!

So if you want to get smart with me then I have to say... If I ran my business with the customer support like the way yours operates then I would've closed my doors a long time ago. 

I have ceased spending money on this game due to the severe lack of customer support and a serious lack of internal enforcement of game policies. Share that with the executives at Plarium if you dare. Perhaps someone higher over there still dares to satisfy a customer service issue?

This was back in 2016 and I am still having this problem...
