no ucav to some players

i have a ucav but some players in our combined dont have one or any of the quest for it they been asking me how to get the ucav i explained and had them send me screen shots of the tutoral and it is not given to them is their a bug or a way to tell them how to get a ucav deck going ?

Hi! 

There is no bug. Please ask your friends to complete the tutorial quests and the UCAV will become available.

i,ve been doing all quests got to lvl62 so far no ucav and the game keeps giving me things to do using ucav which I can,t as I,ve no ucav!

Hi! Are you sure that you completed all the tutorial quests? Could you please provide me with your Coordinates? And please indicate the server you play on.

I too am experiencing this problem with not being able to build a ucav. It keeps telling me to look at reports of mr. blacks ri's but there are no reports in there about such so therefore it appears to have me locked in as not having satisfied that part. I am in on the Badlands server and level 64 with no UCAV option to build. It would be nice to be able to fix this and continue on with my progress.

I too have experienced this same thing and am stuck with no UCAV. Is there anyone that can help in this matter it would be much appreciated. I am on Badlands Server -230 66 and I am a level 80.

I've let your support team know with screen shots only to be told that it works fine for them and that there is no problem and that I need to follow the tasks/requests in the game. However when you can't follow a task/request to check on Mr. Blacks Reinforcements as you've long since deleted his report it has remained stuck. I would greatly appreciate some progress on fixing this problem as it's apparent that others are experiencing this as well as my account.

Commander, to be able to build your UCAV Deck, you need to build Airfield and hire MQ-11B. If the issue persists, and you can see that it has occurred, I recommend that you describe it in detail in your ticket to the support team so they can look into it further and provide all possible solutions 🕵
