75 Revival not working

My 75% revival is not working.... this is not the first time. I will lode troops in 3 hours.... please correct the descrepancy

No, you never fixed the revive, you only fixed it for some people and not others.


This has nothing to do with the previous 'delay'....

Dear Commanders!

We are aware that yesterday due to a technical issue a number of our players did not receive the 75% Infirmary discount despite it being activated. At the moments out Dev Team is investigating in order to find out what happened and apply necessary fixes. For that time being, this will be our priority. 

The in-game news is launched automatically and this is the reason for the confusion. In future, I would kindly ask you to wait till there is a discount teaser in the Infirmary. At this point, we are unable to provide compensation for the revived troops, since the regular revival price has been specified in the Infirmary.

As I have specified, our developers are working on this situation and are doing best to avoid similar issues with the further discounts. We apologize for the inconveniences caused and ask for your understanding.

1. Sorry that your having issues.

2. Maybe your team shouldn't tell it's VIP members since they hand out heads up for these things, some of us play harder when the stakes are not higher.

3. It's really messed up that you spread the word to increase troop losses knowing this increases server activity then turn around and give us the sorry for the inconvience. It feels more like I've been setup to spend my hard earned money to compensate for your error.

4. Great way to treat your loyal player base. Just and FYI your response is basically a kick to the privates and slap in the face with a grin on your face. I had to revive what little I could to deplete my diamonds on packages I bought for the anticipation of the 75% revival.

5 I would like to see this put right for the entire player base, I think I speak for all of us.

Hi, John!

You did the right thing sharing your thoughts on this matter with us. I appreciate it. What I'd like to add to all previously written by my colleague, is that developers have got your feedback and feedback from all other players in the community after all that troubles. They fully understand the gravity of the issue, so one of their main priorities in the near future will be adding all needed fixes to the mechanism for the launching of discounts.

As mediators, we keep them updated on the players' community mood.
