Hi Team,
When I build new Improvements and I finish my Design Session and right after that I want to collect resources like Fuel or Ammo I can't.
It will always give me the screen to upgrade the building. I've done this several times and it is consistent. SO I can't collect the resources until I refresh the screen.

This is found at Highlands and Badlands
I play the web based game
Its reproduced every time.
Collecting Resource after building improvements
1) Buy new Improvments and place them on you base(in my case JDAN-2)
2) Click Finish
3) Collect Resources like Ammo or Fuel
4) Instead of collecting Resources you we get this screen http://prntscr.com/j9bkvv and no resources are collected

When you collect resources by clicking on a resource building, they can be displayed on your balance with a delay. Please reload the game page and the resources will be available.
Also, please clear your browser's cache regularly. Thus the actual data transferred from the game server will be displayed in the game.I know I have to reload the page or clear the browser cache.
I just wanted to report the issue...
Its not a big thing , just an annoance :-)
