Hello,

For the past two 75% revivals i have not been given the ability to revive my troops at the 75%.  And this time around, i didn't get the opportunity to buy at the 50% discount.  During the loading screen, the notifications of the events would appear, however, when i would go to the events section and look at the top, it was not visible to me.  Nor was it visible in the market for the 50% discount, nor at the sickbay for the 75%.

I had cleared the cache, tried 3 different browsers, 3 different computers and the result was always the same...i was unable to obtain any of the specials from the 75% revival or the 50% discount unit purchases.
