Small alliances are dying!!!!! Plarium help.?

So after all my friends read my post about AA attacks they asked me 2 post about other major topics and problems with the game. So just a little back round on me ive played this game off and on for 3 years and played plarium games for over 5. Ive been in 5 top 50 alliances and helped build 1 that is no longer in game. Ive also been a  in game mercenary and a lone wolf across multiple accounts. Im currently a general in 3BT. As a general im finding out that there are many problems with trying 2 start and maintain a small alliance. But a problem many small alliances are having is recruitment. Now let me clarify im not saying every alliancre is having lets be real we all have had recriuting problems. Now i believe 3 reasons are to blame for this. Now  this ive been a gen in 3 alliance 1 of which was in the top 50. The name was Eastonia or eee. Now this alliance was started in the prime or the beginning of the game. Now keep in mind at this point new player were flooding the game and it wasn't nearly as pay 2 win. So in eee we were aggressive recriuters we took that stuff seriously we had a system so refine that we had 3 different shifts of recriuters working non stop i personally use 2 be up 2 midnight with 3 others gens just recriuting. This was necessary bc there were so many new players looking for a alliance. This is this problem there arent many new players in this game anymore. Now dont get me wrong there are new players joining just not as many as there use 2 we all can say this game is intimidating especially whem u 1st start. But now with how pay 2 win the game is and how big eats small all the time new player either join a alliance that can proctect them or get farmed and quit. So either they join a top 100 alliance or risk never growing even if u coin. Problem 2 is the bigger alliance are burning every1 now this isnt a primary cause but it is countributing even large alliance run into recriuting problems of course there looking for large players but there problems are different and they look for different thing. But larger alliances arent just getting are the good players there also burning potential players and recriuts b4 they can grow learn the game. Not all alliances do this and im guilty of this as well in the past but now it seems 2 have gotten worse. 3rd and finally alts. There are spies every turn and alts are there best friends ive had 2 stop recriuting multiple timed bc of we found out we've had multiple spies in our alliance even biggers alliance are havings this problem even if the player has power u still cant trust them. So id love 2 here u guys thoughts and even see if u have had similar problems. And as a side note when i was in eee we were recriuting at least 15 players everyday and 10 of those went on 2 become full active members and even when i was head of recriutment in V-R we were recriuting 7 to 10 players a week some of which were big 1s.

Thanks so much for your detailed post, and for explaining the situation in full!


We have discussed the idea of "merging Alliances" with the developers recently. However, it was rejected, because it's rather hard to implement.
Though, there's always a place for the diplomatic approach.

As for the alternative accounts - as you know, we no longer forbid them. However, it doesn't mean that we encourage them as well. With each new update, and each new feature we try to lower the utility from using alts. Hopefully, we'll manage to decrease their number significantly in future.

P.S. It's possible that the Alliance interaction system will be revised in future, and we'll see some positive changes. I've heard of such plans
