Hello, I just started having a loading issue, I have followed all the steps in the FAQ section to no avail. Our other computers, phones, ipad can run the game fine. It's specific to this machine which has worked fine until today.
I have the files requested but find no way to attach them.

Ok I fixed the problem my self, a file somewhere must have been corrupted. I could not simply uninstall and reinstall the game to fix it. I had to wipe all files completely. restart computer then do a new install of client then game. That fixed it. I tried all previous suggestions and they did not work.
All good now.
I have the same issue and those steps did not resolve the issue for me. I too have tried all previous suggestions without success.
