Game won't load. Can't submit support ticket because i don't have my "game coordinates"

Tried to reinstall Plarium Play Launcher but problem persists! Gives the following message: "C:/Users/fblan/AppData/Local/Plarium/PlariumPlay/StandAloneApps/raid/241

There should be 'Raid_Data'

folder next to the executable"

I checked with File Explorer and folder is there but maybe corrupt. I don't have my game coordinates and can't get them since game won't launch. Please help!!!!

can u sort my accounts please lv 69 account is UM 134917481 | 129722931  and my Plarium ID is 99009622 NOT the new numbers attached to my address  game name BUKTOO

new computer generated  Plarium  ID 100601949 Raid UM 138895470 | 133652908 should be deleted.

My ISP at present is still TPG but they have ceased to provide email  with the account. Emails are now going to "The Message Company" and i am not getting emails sent to the email address i used when i opened Plarium/Raid account 

OLD email bunh45@tpg.com.au  

NEW 45jebs47@gmail.com   

Hopefully this can be sorted and i can resume playing on my level 69 account THANKS

Hey, 

Frustrating situation, I get it. I would try contacting support via a ticket: https://plarium.com/en/support/ (go here, click on Raid. Then of course provide your new email that they can reach you at)

Ultimately only they'll be able to help get you back into your old account.
